What will happen if I breed a Half Shi-tzu Half Maltese with a Chihuahua? Is this possible?
I have a Blue Chihuahua (they are not actually blue but silvery gray) and was planning to breed it with a Half Maltese/Half Shi-tzu. First off is this possible? And second off does anyone know what I would end up having. Also, how long does it take for the female to give birth after pregnancy. Thanks for any answers.

If you bred your shih-tzu/maltese with your chihuahua. You would get puppies.
Well yes it’s possible, but if you still have all these questions and you reeeally just wanna bread your little dogs I think you should get them spayed and neutered.

Your dog will have mutt puppies. And she maybe too small to deliver naturally & require a c-section. You could lose your dog. You don’t know anything about dog reproduction. Why do you want to breed her & risk your pet’s health?
You have a poorly bred mutt. Possible C -section, like with all Chis so if you want to do something silly like that then I hope you have a couple thousand dollars sitting around. Oh, and the dogs are worthless as far as selling them so you will be losing money. Much cheaper to spay.

did you know 4 million dogs die each year in shelters because people like you want to EXPERIMENT with their dogs? i bet you didn’t. Do not breed your dog. There is something called pet overpopulation. Just because puppies are cute is not a good reason to kill other animals. Have a heart and fix your dog.

2. you are killing shelter dogs

4. you will be up to your eyeballs in debt looking after your puppies.

okay i breed boxers and typically you can breed any breed with any other breed. i had someone breed a male chihuahua with a great dane so yes it is possible and you would end up with a mixed breed of chihuahua/maltese/and shitzu but if you wanted to call it something would call them chitaltzu,s and a female dog no matter what the breed takes 9wks from conception to give birth any other questions feel free to email me at nicehonestgal@verizon.net
PLEASE DO NOT BREED YOUR DOGS! You obviously have no clue what you are doing and it will only end up causing complications for both of your dogs not to mention the over population of unwanted animals. Please spay and nueter your pets.
