Are there any ways to stop my dog from digging holes in my yard?
As stated in the question, Is there any way to stop my German Shorthaired Poniter from digging multiple holes in my yard? I don't want to keep her in her kennel when I'm gone, but I'd also rather not have to go around with the wheel barrel filling in holes after her. Help? :S All answers appreciated.

I know she'll get bored, etc. but shes got 4 scres to run around on. We have an electric fence and everything. Figured I'd let osme people know. Thanks to all whove answered.

He is fixed and gets plenty of attention and exercise. He is a rescued dog that we have had for about 2 months. We were told he was between 1 and 2 years old. Because of many behaviors, I think he is closer to 1. He began escaping from the start through holes the neighbor's dog dug into our yard (forgot about them). When I plugged those up, he just started digging new ones. After chasing him down a few times, I just put him on a line. I hate doing that when our older dog does not need one. I have seen the suggestion of mothballs. Do you just set them out along the fence line or do you bury them a little? Thanks!!

My dog sleep outdoors because my parents wouldn't let her sleep indoors. She's always in the yard. Recently she's been digging many holes in our garden. How do I stop her before she completely ruin our garden?
I live in Malaysia. There are no dog parks here. My country isn't big on dogs so many big parks here dogs are not allowed. My neighbourhood isn't dog friendly either. When I walk my dog many people gawk at me. I even got scolded for passing by someone house twice. Anyway, will getting her a new toy help?

How do you stop a dog from digging in the yard? My dog digs a hole to get under the fence to escape the backyard. I do not own this house and the guy is trying to sell it. He will not be happy if he sees holes by the fence. I have blocked the area with rocks, but he just moves over and starts digging. We have tried punishing him, but he just doesn't get it. HELP or I will have to give him away and that is a TOTALLY last resort.

What should I do If My Mastiff Bites Me?
I have a 3-year-old Neopolitan Mastiff named Baxter, and he keeps on biting me! I really don't want to get of Baxter, but I have holes all up and and down my right arm from that dang mutt. Should I take him to an animal trainer, or take away his Beggin' Strips, or what?
I don't want to try biting him back. I really don't want to hurt the thing. He's still basically a puppy.
